I have repurchased repeatedly and like the two surfaces. The rough side can feel surprisingly coarse, and it is easy to rub too hard once accustomed to it.
The gauze feels very rough and slightly irritating. I like the fresh wiping feel, but the lid is awkward, there is too little toner and daily use feels too much.
A regular product for me; I like it.
I am happy with it. The flip-top lid and inside storage for the tongs are convenient.
The included tongs are useful, and the thick pad folds easily around the sides of my nose.
