Overview
This MEDIPEEL nose pack contains two sequential steps: a 3 g Step 1 pad and a 4 g Step 2 pad, with two extraction cotton swabs. Follow the separate timings for the first and second pads; their ingredient lists are shown separately below.
How to use
- After cleansing, dry the skin and apply the Step 1 pad to the area with blackheads and sebum. Remove after 10–15 minutes.
- When blackheads and sebum rise to the skin surface, use a cotton swab to remove the remaining sebum, then gently wipe with lukewarm water.
- Fit the Step 2 pad over the treated area and remove after 15–20 minutes.
- Gently pat in the remaining essence. The pads are single-use; do not reuse them, and avoid the eye area.

My husband’s nose looked cleaner afterward, but the large dark spot in the center did not come out.
The effect seems to last about a week. After stopping, my blackheads seemed more numerous, though I am not sure whether that is just my impression.
It is portable and good value, but I find it less effective than another sebum softener I use, especially when there are many blackheads.
I keep it stocked because my nose feels smoother after use.
I buy it often because it is good value.
